1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kikiya ("kikiya", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the website at kikiya.im and all associated services, games, promotions, and features (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager on kikiya, you unconditionally accept this Agreement.

kikiya reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication at kikiya.im/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the platform after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of kikiya and close your account.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the Services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. kikiya reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and any balances forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using kikiya is lawful in your jurisdiction. Players who reside in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to use the platform. kikiya makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available in any particular location.

2.3 Account Information

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account termination.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on kikiya. If we identify duplicate accounts linked to the same individual — whether by device, payment method, IP address, or other identifying information — we reserve the right to close the duplicate accounts and, at our discretion, forfeit any balances or bonuses held in those accounts.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account with any third party. kikiya will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kikiya accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

3.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status. kikiya reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the associated deposit, subject to the limits of that method. Before a withdrawal is approved, kikiya may require identity verification documents including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or proof of payment method ownership. Processing times vary by method but kikiya aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

3.4 Currency

All transactions on kikiya are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). If your payment provider applies currency conversion, any resulting fees or exchange rate differences are solely your responsibility.

3.5 Fraud Prevention

kikiya employs fraud detection measures on all deposits and withdrawals. Transactions that are flagged as suspicious may be delayed, frozen, or reversed pending investigation. Use of stolen payment credentials, unauthorised payment accounts, or any form of payment fraud will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, kikiya offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are displayed at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits will be stated clearly for each promotion. Failure to meet the wagering requirements within the stated period will result in the forfeiture of any remaining bonus balance.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

kikiya actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing opposing bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk; using automated software to complete wagering requirements; or any coordinated strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay. Where bonus abuse is detected or reasonably suspected, kikiya reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, reverse associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.

4.4 Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus, where offered, is available to new players only — one per person, household, device, and payment account. The welcome bonus cannot be combined with any other offer unless explicitly stated. kikiya reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time.

5. Game Rules and Betting

5.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on kikiya are powered by certified providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe, among others. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) or by live dealer procedures, as applicable. kikiya does not manipulate game outcomes.

5.2 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by kikiya. We reserve the right to decline, void, or limit any bet at our absolute discretion, including in circumstances where: the bet is placed after an event has commenced without live betting being offered; the bet is based on information not publicly available at the time of placement; or technical errors have affected the odds or game display.

5.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: event cancellation; obvious pricing errors; system malfunction affecting odds or game outcome; or any other circumstance where kikiya determines in good faith that settlement would be unfair. Void bets are returned as withdrawable funds, not bonus credit.

5.4 Betting on Cricket

Cricket markets on kikiya include BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures. Specific settlement rules apply to each market type and are displayed within the sportsbook. In the event of match abandonment or interruption, settlement will follow the applicable rules stated for that market.

5.5 Maximum Winnings

kikiya reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits per event, per day, or per player. These limits will be communicated at the time of bet placement where applicable. No liability is accepted for winnings that exceed these limits on any single event or game session.

6. Responsible Gaming

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on kikiya and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false identity or age information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Operating automated bots, scripts, or software that interact with the platform without authorisation.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or using kikiya for any form of financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the kikiya platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kikiya staff or other players.
• Opening multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, bans, or bonus limitations.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on kikiya — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and compiled data — is the intellectual property of kikiya or its licensed providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the kikiya platform without express written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kikiya shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, system downtime, or third-party payment processing failures.

kikiya is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information on the platform.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

kikiya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete identity verification; activity that threatens the integrity of the platform; or where continued operation of the account is deemed to be against the interests of the platform or other players.

Any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following identity verification. Bonus balances and bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the Services, you should first contact the kikiya support team at [email protected] with full details of the matter. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours in Bangladesh Standard Time and to provide a resolution within 5 business days. Where a resolution cannot be reached through direct correspondence, kikiya will follow its internal escalation procedure and communicate that process to the affected player.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain meaning. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through kikiya's internal process shall be subject to the applicable dispute resolution mechanisms available under the laws of the relevant jurisdiction.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted as constituting a claim of regulatory approval or licensing by any specific government body in Bangladesh. kikiya operates as a safe and reliable platform and complies with the legal obligations applicable to its operations. References to Bangladeshi taka (৳) are for player convenience only and do not constitute a representation about regulatory status.

14. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never been included.

15. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms published on kikiya, constitutes the entire agreement between you and kikiya with respect to your use of the Services. It supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and kikiya.
